My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost 3 years. We LOVE IT! It is by far the best apartment in Centreville for the price. We originally lived at Post Corners next door in a one bedroom, liked it there but they hiked the price up after the first year... so we went looking next door and got a 2 bedroom at Woodway for the same price as at Post. The apartment itself is the biggest apartment for the money in the entire area. I have friends that pay the same for tiny tiny places. We have 3 huge walk in closets! I do agree sometimes it can be noisy..but that is rare, just on an occasional weekend. The walls are not thin. I cannot here much..only if someone is moving in can we really hear others and we are on the 2nd floor. The staff are GREAT!! When we have a problem they are sooo nice and take care of things in a timely manner. In fact, they were painting the buildings this year and some paint drops got on my BF's new sports car. We talked to the mgmt and they paid for it to get professionally cleaned. I really like this place. The price has continued to go up each year...but we have stayed b/c we know we cannot do better for the size of the apartment.
