The leasing office is not knowledgable about rules and regulations.
It is almost impossible to communicate with them to try to come to any reasoning, or to understand concerns. Reaching understanding is a complicated journey. Also, they ignore you, but rather place the lazy personailities of the leasing office at first priority; this is the practice here.
The manager admits that the leasing associates know more than the manager.
