It seems like a mass of Asian took their residence. I have no problem with that, but what does worry me that there are several 2 bedrooms apartments taken by dozens of Asians. They make noise like hell. I know of of some habitants that complained with the management, but it seems to get just worse. One time my neighbour and I knocked on one of the nouisy apartments and when they opened the door, there were like at least 10 people on the ground in sleeping bags. They all seem to be awake at night. And in the fitness they let other people in with their cards sometimes.
The noise factor caused me to NOT renew my lease.

I am currently a resident at Woodway at Trinity Centre. I'm extremely offended at the blatent racial tone of these comments. "Asians took their residence"? Thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, as if to say "Asians" invaded the property like aliens. I guess only asians make noise as well. You are no more entitled to inhabit this area than any other race or qualified human being. If you've only lived here since 2007, how are you up to renew your lease. Personally, I'm glad this person did not renew their lease. I would prefer not to live around racists.

Obviously the Asians are violating maximum occupancy rules of common sense. The fact that they choose to live like insects reduces the quality of life for those of us who still want to live like Americans. So there.

ASIANS aren't the only TYPE of people that do this type of thing. So watch what you say and don't be racist. I have white people that live above me that are all weirdos. One group throws trash to our level. One group walks really heavy and loud (there's only TWO of them). One group consists of nosy gossipers. Like I said, Asians aren't the only TYPE of people that cause problems. This person did not have to specify the race of their neighbors.
