We have been living in this community since 12/2005 and every year our rent has increased more than 5%. It is true the new tenants in the community are paying significantly less rent then the established tenants. I asked management why the new tenants are paying less then the recurring ones, and their excuse was current incentives offered on apartments that have been vacant awhile. I then asked then why don't you encourage your current tenants to stay by offering them the same incentive and the office management response was it was not their decision. The management prefers to rent the same 2BR/2BA apartment to tenants with dogs that urinate all over the carpet at $200 less a month. WAY TO GO WOODWAY! YOU WILL BE LOSING A TENANT IN THE NEXT COMING MONTHS AND I TRULY HOPE YOU WILL HAVE MY APARTMENT VACANT FOREVER!!!!!
