This is by far the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment community but I can tell you it s anything but. The rooms are poorly painted over and over. The walls get dirty just by touching them with your fingers. Everything in the apartments is of the lowest quality. I read the other tenants reviews and I can understand all their complaints. The office management is never available and always out. When you do get a hold of someone to talk to about a problem in your apartment, they treat you with little or no respect and then it will take weeks for the maintenance crew to come out and fix the problem. I always had to call at least twice to get anything fixed in my apartment. The people in the office have never heard of customer service and do not have a clue that the tenants pay their salary. The maintenance crew will just open the door and come into your apartment without waiting for you to answer the door. This is a problem that all my neighbors were also complaining about all the time. The noise can also be heard from outside and from your neighbor's apartments because the walls have no insulation and are poorly built. Almost all the tenants I spoke with had problems with ants at one point or another and so did I. The computers, internet, and printers barely work in the office that is for tenant use. Out of 3 computers, only one works properly and none have a printer and all of them are still using Microsoft Windows 98. That gives you an idea how much they care about their tenants.
This is by far the worst place I have ever rented. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality of people also living at this apartment complex is getting worst and worst. There are apartments that have 4-6 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment and driving 3-4 cars. There are a lot better places to rent closer to the city and you will definitely get a lot better treatment from the management. If you want to live in a high priced low quality apartment, then this is the place for you.
