I'm about to sign my 4th lease at Woodway and frankly I wouldn't choose to rent anywhere else! The community is at the perfect location and I've never felt safer in any other neighborhood and being a single female that was a huge necessary factor for me. There is always ample parking which is good when you have guests compared to other places where they're forced to park on the street. The pool is wonderful and relaxing as many residents don't utilize it. The apartments themselves are laid out nicely especially for a roommate situation. I have lived here since graduating college and until I buy, I plan on staying!
