Our family lived at Woodway for a little over 3 years before moving and would recommend it. We had very few problems and the staff are usually attentive to any maintenance/other requests. We did notice a little difference in the response of maintenance within the last year but the staff are still friendly and get the work done. The neighbors we had who stuck around like we did are fantastic but we did encounter some short-term ones who made us thankful when they left.

As with probably every apartment complex in the area, if not the country, rent did increase every year but in comparison with others in the area it's still a good deal.
