When I went the rental office everyone was soooo nice. They showed my husband and I three different apartments just to show us how they look. My husband, children and I are moving in March and We are really excited. They also have a Police officer on site that patrols the neighborhood and does the security for discounted rent. I feel very safe to be living there. The apartments are clean Maintenance is very friendly and I am absolutely satisfied with there professionalism!

Did you end up moving in? If so, has your experience to date matched your initial expectations? I have seen a police car in the parking lot now and again and figured that an officer must live in the complex. I didn't know he received discounted rent to provide security. I'm not sure that makes me feel a whole lot better though. My concern is that by getting discounted rent and living here, the officer might have a greater tendency to turn a blind eye than an officer who didn't live here and was being paid to do his job. It's a tricky thing. Hopefully it is working. Thankfully, we haven't needed to call the police since we've been here.
