I have lived in Chantilly Park Condos for about 2 years. I am renting from a landlord who owns the unit. First of all the landlord is an idiot and doesnt know anything about the unit or what goes on in the building. (I found this out after i rented from him). The condos are generally nice but I would not claim them to be "upscale" condos. The walls are paper thin you can hear you neighbor literally cough or sneeze next door. The gym is nice - however, some people that come in and use it dont even work out they just sit around and pretend to use the machines or they STINK and smell like they havent taken a shower in days. The pool is a decent size. The property people are rude they dont want to help you with anything and they will ticket your car in a minute. The garage is a nightmare I can bet you that you will get in a accident because someone is riding your tail the whole way to your space or almost get run over walking into you place. I would NOT recommmend RENTING (even buying) a NO also the builders did such a poor job building the place that although it is new things are already starting to fall apart (i.e - already have cracks in the ceilings....).

1. Crack occur in any stick built construction. They are a sign of settling and are not an indication of quality. 2.Tickets at Chantilly Park are warnings and have no fee or consequence attached. They are a courtesy issued to unauthorized vehicles or those parked in fire lanes, etc. Only vehicles creating a safety or environmental hazard are towed. 3."Upscale" is in the eye of the beholder. If you have a muddy outlook, mud is all you will see.
