Good location, no frills, low rental rates

I lived at 1800 JPA for one year while a student at JPA. There is a bus stop in front of the complex on JPA and it is a close walk to classes or to Alderman\Clemons libraries. The apartment was pretty basis but had what I needed. The pool was nice in the summer.
