Lived here for my final two years at UVA from 1998-2000. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom/1 bath. It was decently sized and we enjoyed it but the management was a nightmare.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact company name (MSC' That rings a bell). Avoid them at all costs. They know their market is mostly the college student crowd and they definitely take advantage of them.

They have no desire to satisfy you or fix any problems you might have - you'll soon graduate and a whole new crop of suckers will move in.

This was definitely the worst apartment experience of my life (also the first) - so I learned my fair share of lessons here.

Great apartments for a great rate! MSC is amazing. They respond to every issue we have and the property manager Faye is great. She came out in the middle of the night when we didn't have heat. No complaints here. The university owns it but MSC really works to help us out. The apartments aren't in the best shape but they have big rooms and MSC is on the ball to fix our stuff.
