I've lived at Abbington Crossing for about a year and a half and I've been pretty happy overall. The non-renovated apartments are somewhat dated, but they are well maintained and both the office staff and the maintenance staff are both very responsive to problems, and have recently replaced both my hot water heater and my washer/dryer with more efficient models. For a moderately-priced apartment community in the Charlottesville area, this is one of the best choices.
