This apartment complex is decent.

Downsides:
They come when you need maintainance, but some of the people in the office are incredibly irritating to deal with. The two-story apartments are far too small to have queen size beds in the master unless you get a split boxspring. Don't let the model fool you-the staircase doesn't allow much to go upstairs. Make sure you measure everything first. They are not layed out well and are difficult to move into. There is a lot of noise. I can always hear the people next door to me and feel terrible for the people that live under me. The floors are incredibly squeeky. Limited parking dependent on your location in the neighborhood.

Upsides:
There is a small gym that is useful under the office. There is also a playground and a pool. All my neighbors seem very friendly, though I haven't gotten to know any of them personally. The rent isn't too bad either. They always keep the neighborhood's landscaping nicely groomed. The neighborhood is in a very nice location-just minutes from everything.

Not bad-just depends on the person...
