Spacious apartments, but has its downsides

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived here for two years and really loved it. The thing I absolutely hated about it is that cheap construction--I could hear everything my roommate or my neighbors did! and i mean EVERYTHING. I also had the worst problem for two years: there was a leak in the roof above my bed and try as the MSC people might, they could not fix the problem.
That being said, there's a fireplace, dishwasher and ac!
