I've been here almost a year, but have lived in other apartments for years prior to this one. Of course there are always issues with new construction, but here it was minimal. I am a little surprised by the other reviews as I have had no such issues. My apartment is beautiful and quiet and the entire staff has always been very responsive. It's a little more expensive than some other places in Charlottesville, but you get what you pay for. I wanted a nice, new place to live in a great area and that's what I got. I would definitely recommend Avemore to others. In fact,I have already referred one of my friends to live here. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
