I agree that the apartments are in a great location, landscaping is nice, pool and workout room are great. It's nice that they allow large dogs. Management is not so great...at least when I was there it wasn't. As stated in a previous review, the women in the office do not relay information to each other. They lost my rent check once and when I confronted them, the girl that I had handed it to remembered me and somehow found my check within minutes. I did not receive an apology. Another month I was three days late for rent (yes, I know, my fault!) but I was just expecting a small late fee. Instead, I came home to a eviction notice on my door...be warned! You don't need the hassle. Also, if you ARE late for rent there is a charge of 10% of your total rent. Since most apartments are over $1,000 dollars this equals out to $100 for a late fee. Unless you are wealthy, I believe this is too much. Overall, nice location but not worth the price and inexperience of the office staff.
