I have lived at Avemore for a year now and absolutely love it. The apartment I have is a nice open spacious floor plan and my balcony overlooks the pool and courtyard. I have always been impressed with the staff here, they are always super helpful and friendly. The maintenance people always respond within 24 hours of any problem and always leave a notice telling you when they came and what they did. I think the pricing may be a little expensive but it is definitely comparable to other nice places in Charlottesville and honestly I think it's worth it! I also love how quiet it is here, even when they were constructing the Bailey house, I never felt disturbed! I also think they do a wonderful job of maintaining the grounds here, it always looks clean and beautiful! I definitely think is the best place I have ever lived! :)
