Overpriced, Noisy Neighbors (in my case) but Nice

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I lived at here from 2007-2009. The maintenance team was great and on the spot. And the landscape is beautiful. But I had noisy neighbors above me that I had to report numerous times. This became a VERY annoying situation. The management and office could have been a lot better considering how many times I complained. They always claimed to have warned the neighbors yet they continued with the noise. There was an on-the-grounds officer who I called on more than one occasion, but even after that, the noise continued. I'd have to say if I didn't have the upstairs neighbors I had and if the rent price was more reasonable I would re-rent from here.
