I moved in a month ago and am very disappointed. The rent is very affordable but you definately get what you pay for. My experience has been poor thus far. I've had maintenance come fix my garbage disposal twice in one month (it didn't even work when I moved in) and they're charging me $20 for that. The heat upstairs barely works and I can hear music bumpin' from next door and children crying in the apartment below me. All of the fixtures inside the apartment are very dated (i.e. shutter-like doors as opposed to real doors with a door knob that you twist). There is a hole in my walkway that is covered by a piece of wood and an orange cone that they say is going to be fixed in April but I have my doubts about that based on the service I have received so far. They also say they're renovating the place in April but, once again, I'll believe it when I see it. I wish I had spent the extra $100 for a nicer place but I'll know what to look for next year when my lease runs out because I definately will NOT be renewing it. I would not recommend this place unless you're desperate for somewhere to live.
