I have lived here as an undergrad and graduate student. This is the perfect quiet community for grad students or professionals. I have never had any of these problems. The management here is great- they are friendly and have popcorn in the office almost everyday. They take care of any issues promptly. They accept multiple dogs (even big ones). They promptly resolve maintenance issues. I love living here!
