The maintenance crew is the only positive thing I can say about Barclay Place. The management team and "leasing consultants" are rude and on major power trips. They almost act as if they own Barclay place. My husband and I recently bought a home and had full intentions of paying our rent until our lease was over. They demanded that we pay them all of the rent for the rest of the lease on the day we move out...which was the day we closed on our house! They are not accomidating and defiantly have favorites within the community. While the maintenance staff is pretty responsive, when we moved in everything had been spray painted with disguisting things (hair, etc.) underneath the paint! The cable sucks, appliances are aweful and closet doors constantly break. I would not recommend Barclay Place, you can get so much more for your money. $1,200 is extremely over priced for this community! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
