Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
Place has been turned in to a full blow slum by mangement over the past 18 months. Complete with refugees living on outer decks. Unlicensed daycare centers operating out of 2 bedroom units with kids in parking lot and day care operators on sidewalks. Overflowing dumpsters and broken down cars that remain in the same parking slots for 5 months at a time and never move.
Management will lie to your face about any issue without even blinking. Routine maintenance ignored for the most general issues.
Old Salem decided it is more profitable to operate this complex as a ghetto then a decent commuunity to live in. Possibly the most undesirable rental property in Charlottesville these days.
