Ice-disaster in winter

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
In the winter, when it snows, the place turns into a sheet of ice. Frequently I wasn't sure I was going to make it out of the complex, and several times I almost slid into someone's living room (and I'm from boston so I know how to drive in the snow) because they do nothing about the ice. The place has gone downhill in the last couple years. My downstairs neighbor had her apartment broken into and I woke up at 5 am to her screaming and had to call 911. Scary.
