They fail to mention to you than then utilities are going to be 1/3 the price of
rent. You dont get a meter reading and even when you have the heat on 60 degrees
your bill will still be at least $250 dollars. They are too slow in responding
to maintence problems, and even when they come you have to call them the next week to fix the same problem that wasn't fixed properly.
I've been here 6 months and have has 4 leaks in the appartment,had the ac in the summer quit and had to call maintence 5 times about that. Not to mention the random sewage back-ups.
