This apartment complex sucks the big one. Don't be fooled by the new fandangled name Barracks West and their 'goin condo' initiative. If you have thought about buying a condo here please save your money. The neighbors are rude, the children run wild all day long, the porches are falling apart and the squirrels are not shy. Oiur apartment is full of mold, leaks, and uneven floors. It lacks proper insulation and gas bills are atrocious here.

Parking sucks, people around here are fat lazy slobs and would rather double park another car than park further from their home. I have had my car damaged by a double parking moron who didn't put their emergency break on. 'No parking' signs here mean 'PLEASE PARK HERE' therefore things like dumpsters and throughways are clogged by cars.

Parents dont watch their kids and they swarm all over.

Leasing office staff do not return calls and it always seems like the person you need to talk to just is never in the office.

I work night shift and sleep during the day... should I say 'sleep' during the day. It is often interrupted by unruly dogs, children screaming and homies with their ghetto thumpin beats resonating through the walls.

The outdoor lights are often broken/burned out... hope you enjoy the darkness!

I HATE THIS GODFORSAKEN HELLHOLE.
