Not good anymore

I have lived there since they were pretty good (back in '03). That's before they switched to condos. Unfortunately, once the management companies switched they completely gave up trying to do anything for the overall appearance of the complex. They have never been renovated and I think that the appliances are originals (1970's). The cabinets won't stay shut, the linoleum is old and dirty looking, the windows leak (doors too), all fixtures are old and funky, and the ceilings have cracks everywhere. What bothers me the most is the rent going up since they changed their name. I could understand if they had made some improvements, but there were none made. Also, the kind of people that used to live there (quiet people) are slowly fading into the distance. It isn't the worst place to live by any means (I used to live at The Meadows....if you want bad you should read those reviews, but it isn't the best and they really could've have made that place great. It has great potential, but I don't think that they are going to utilize it any time soon. They are just looking for the big bucks for these "condos" that they are trying desperately to sell. They are not selling because they are old and rickety, period.
