Pleasew do not move here! I have been here for almost a year and the only reason I stayed was because of my lease. The first month I was here there was a baby lizard in my living room!!! About a month later I noticed missing prescription medication (the whole bottle was emptied and left on dresser) and no one has access to my apartment except for me and the staff here! Then the icing on the cake RATS!!! I have never in my life had rodents of any kind in my prior homes; less on lizzards and rats. And their response... put down some traps and we will TRY to send maintenance to see if we can find the wholes they came in from.

i lived there, and our situation was so bad that they let us break lease and move out... we had a leaking ceiling that they told us they couldn't fix because it would involve taking out the entire ceiling... we had a faulty heater and our gas bills in winter were >400 bucks even though we kept the apt at 68 degrees which in winter seems colder. i hated it there.

Oh, and ants too. If they sprayed upstairs - they ran downstairs and vica versa. They lived in the walls and came out the woodwork. The upstairs plumbing was configured in such a way that alot of toilets fell through to the dining area below. But the dining rooms didn't have an exclusive on leaking. Worse, the sanitary sewer lines were sloped incorrectly, and pumps improperly maintained. That meant, in less than a year, I had 4 occasions of sanitary sewer backup in my bathtubs, sinks, toilets and once, spilling over into the entire apartment. NOT storm sewer - sanitary sewer (poop). And, I wasn't the only lucky person this happened to. I was allowed to get out of my lease too. I rented there when I first moved into town in 2000 because I had a large dog (allowed) and didn't know the area well at all. I took the unit sight-unseen because they "only had one 3 bedroom coming up available and I can't enter an apartment that is inhabited". I only saw the model. Apartment was gross. Dirty and moldy and poison. YUCK. YUCK. YUCK place!!
