The residents of Blue Ridge commons are nice working class people. However, the property management is suffering from a god complex and has security prowling the grounds telling people what they can and can not do on the premises. Hello!!! that would be what a lease is for. The property manager even told someone that they could not have a previously evicted tenent as a guess. This tenent was none violent and her only crime was a bad economy. In Charlottesville housing does not allow for a person to be behind on their rent in excess of a month without being served and eviction notice. This previous not violent tenent managed to live at Blue Ridge approx 10 years. But was not granted a renewal of her lease because of her late rent and now management said see can not visit with a former neighbor. Now who is the police. If you like feeling devalued because housing is expensive then this is the place for you. Other wise seek shelter elsewhere.
