Better from the outside

I thought being right by the rental office might insure some level of service. It turns out that all of the hype of a clubhouse doesn't mean you will have a great place to live. The inside of my townhouse has things constantly breaking, dishwasher flooded my kitchen, the AC stopped in mid-August. This has been a terrible experience.
