We really like it here

I've lived here for a little over 4 months now and we are really happy here. It's a brand-new community, so it's nice to have brand-new appliances, carpet, etc. We haven't really had any problems with anything breaking, so we haven't had any interaction with maintenance.
We live in a second-floor apartment so we have a vaulted ceiling in our living room and a fireplace. We chose a dark color palette and we get a lot of compliments from our friends on the black appliances - very modern-looking!
The location is very convenient to I-64 and UVA (takes me about 10-15 minutes to get to North Grounds).
It's a pretty quiet community and they don't let undergrads live here, so it's mostly grad students and professionals.
The landscaping is somewhat sparse, but I think once the weather starts to warm up, the grass will fill in nicely.
