The floorplans are very nice and it's great to live in a brand new apartment. However, it helps when things work and it would also help to have someone that will fix it within a week. I simply can not believe that the club house was supposed to be completed in December. It is now almost June and it's still not done, including every other amenity they say they offer. Yeah, a $50 credit is nice, but it's more of a hassle to not be able to use the clubhouse to work out, etc. Internet and cable go out continuously, HBO sometimes works and the appliances are either noisy or don't work right. Our front door has never closed right and no one EVER came out to look at it - a bit of a pain when you have to lock it every time you go in or out, just so it doesn't blow open. It's very frustrating to call with a problem and not have anyone respond to it week after week after week. Fortunately we have never dealt with pipes bursting or any major catastrophes, but dealing with this place has been more hassle than it's worth.
