The floorplans and views are great and the apt is wonderful internally. It's not worth the price, however, and you should consider other apartment buildings in town that are actually finished, in my opinion. The sales team at Jefferson Ridge sells you on "the pool and clubhouse and tennis courts and sand volley ball courts, etc will be done by X date, which you should not believe. If you do seriously consider these apartments, have them put it in writing when the amenities will be finished. The completion date for the clubhouse/pool has been pushed back several times since signing a lease. The pictures on the website do not depict the construction zone that you actually get! $50 credit for lack of amenities is poor compensation considering the price of a comparable gym/pool membership in town. You can also find more reasonably priced apts with similiar sqr feet that offer great amenities in town. Construction crews are on grounds around 6am digging up sidewalks. If you expect a finished, nicely paved road because the apts are brand new, guess again, part of the road is gravel. There are definitely better options for the price in Charlottesville.
