I lived here for a year during the height of the construction and "growing pains" for the apartments. Problems were fixed within a reasonable time frame. The apartment itself was excellent and I never had a problem with the office staff. It is a shame that the community is still not completely finished. That was my only complaint. I have recently considered moving back but the prices are getting out of control, but so is most of the Charlottesville area!

I agree! We're thinking of moving in and since we looked there, the apt. prices have gone up $200!! We may not be able to afford it now. It's a real shame these places rob people the way they do!
