Get ready to open up your wallets

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
The staff will nickel and dime you upon move-out. They are charging me to replace the carpet in every room "due to stains." I should have taken photos of the place before I left (my mistake), and I recommend that everyone living there document the condition of his/her apartment prior to move-out so the same does not happen to you. BEWARE.
