I was in grad school while I lived there from 03-05, and I loved living there. Kathy and John were very nice and John was very prompt with attending to our needs when something went wrong. It was clean, well kept and usually very quiet. Although I did not go to the Law school, I definitely took advantage of the park nearby for my regular exercise, and of course walking to Barrack's Raod shopping center was a very nice perk. I loved having the pool to study by. For the price, it was a great deal, and I was putting myself through school and working at the same time.
