nice place -- could be better

Lakeside is a great place. Lots of parking, nice grounds, and very nice units.
Although the staff is friendly, they could do a better job of responding to residents' concerns.
Maintenance staff is quick and the landscaping is done well (just have to get them to clean the beach!)
I guess you just expect a bit more when the prices get this high...
