I lived at Lakeside for just over 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. I lived in a one bedroom and had plenty of room for storage and my furniture. I moved from a city that had apartments on every corner that were incredibly nice for cheap. Moving to Charlottesville was a shock, and while it was tough to think of paying $800 to live in my Lakeside apartment...the comparable apartments in town for $795 with roll up washers were not very appealing. I was very impressed with the maintenance and the leasing office. I took advantage of their early termination policy to get out of my lease due to getting married and was very impressed with how they handled it all! Wonderful place to live!!!
