Nice and cheap place to live in. I stayed there for almost 4 years. Location is excellent. My apartment was a 1 bedroom but it was so spacious for 2 ppls. Staffs were nice and the maintenance services were good. But beware of the neigbhoods, they were so nosey and dirty especially during Thu, Fri, and Sat nights. I called the police couple times to stop their carzy party during midnights. Also, it closes to the unsafe area in Charlottesville and the crime rate was a bit high. Watch out!
