When we moved in we were shocked to find a dirty apartment. The bathroom had grime all over it, the floors were coming up and we had numerous other complaints. Management worked to fix the problems but it still remains an old apartment complex that management seems to deem an undergraduate complex not worth keeping up. The floors are wood so you hear EVERY movement from above and they are thin floors so you hear most conversations from above. Finally, there are a lot of people who live here who play loud music that carries sometimes even 4 apartments down.

To summarize, it's an undergrad apartment complex that is very old. If the price is right go for it but be warned you aren't getting a luxury complex.
