it's okay...liveable, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm an undergrad myself, so I'm okay with this being an "undergrad apartment complex." I live in a middle apartment...I hear the people upstairs all the time. The people under me are just as bad. There is loud music playing at all hours of the night at the apartment across from me. There are people outside my window at all hours partying--clearly drunk. I would not recommend living here if you like to sleep! Also--DO NOT HAVE FRIENDS OVER because their car WILL GET TOWED. It's ridiculous--my friend's car got towed at a time where there weren't even a lot of students around. I can say that maintenence is pretty good though--they fix things promptly and correctly.
