I have had several issues with flooding/water leaking/plumbing problems and although they quickly come in and "patch" the problem it is an ongoing issue. They are not concerned with try to stop the flooding/leaking entirely. I was told that it was unfortunate because my apartment is on the bottom floor. That is an unacceptable excuse!!!
