I rented a beautiful refurbished efficiency apartment. It had nice appliances and met all my needs. No problems with maintenance or the management company. There on top of things. Expect an eviction notice if you're 5 days late on rent.

It's as expensive as you can imagine for being nice and 2 1/2 blocks from the Rotunda but worth it if it's in your price range. Those who can afford it are mostly conscientious sorority girls who make little noise and like to party away from their apartment. Very few guys seem to rent here.

I would recommend for anyone who doesn't plan on trying to park after 8pm Sunday through Thursday. After that time, you either have to park illegally and hope you aren't towed, get a ticket parking on the street or take a long walk. It's VERY upsetting and by far my number one complaint.
