Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
This place is very poorly kept. Maintainance people never fix anything right, and they recycle everything to fix something.. They have kept saying that they will install a new window, but those old windows have been the same forever.
It gets really hot in the summer, and the air conditioners are very old and don't work properly.
The neighborhood is not very nice either even though it's close to the university.The only advantage of living here is that it's close to school and cheap. I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to live in a decent place.
