I am happily getting out of my lease in August. This company has been the worst. The rental office will come in and out of your apartment constantly (most of the time not even giving you notice). The office staff is rude and doesn't seem to care about your concerns regarding the frequent visits to the apartment and noisy neighbors. I have to hear my neighbors have sexual intercourse every single night. I have called, documented, etc. etc. and nothing has happened. They actually seemed shocked when I did not want to renew my lease. I have lived there this school year and realized that this place is not for "grad students and professionals" because there are all types of individuals in this place. Especially at the Carrat Aparments, there is a drunk woman constantly holding a beer can hanging around outside all of the time.

Anyway, do not fall into the trap that I did because I was new to the area and did not know any better. Also, living on Jefferson park avenue may seem convenient but it is not an ideal environment for a focused individual who is trying to be successful in school.
