I survived 212 Maury Ave. #5 (Cavalier Court) for over a year only because my plans to move out after the first year of hell fell through at the last minute. It is advertised as a residence exclusively for "graduate students and young professionals." What a joke! By young professionals they meant drug dealers, thugs, and vagrants. I could find the yard littered with 40 oz. bottles every morning on my way to class, and my bike was stolen from the rack right outside my window after owning it for less than a month. The walls are paper thin, the cabinets and appliances were ancient, and they refused to replace the disgusting carpet while I lived there.

If you are a student, DO NOT live there unless you are completely out of options. It's worth it to pay more to live elsewhere.
