Coming home there is not enough parking. If you stay out late or don't get home early then forget parking anywhere close to the apartment. And that's if you happen to have an apartment close to one of the parking places. The far end of the building is quite the haul from any parking. There is no assigned parking and some residents have multiple vehicles. It's a nightmare. The lot is not secure in any way. Anyone can come in as they please. Lighting is okay but could definately be better.

It is often noisy. It's a "family community" and there are plenty of kids. There are also young adults who like to play music loud. Plus dogs are allowed. Some of which are quite large.

Get a place close to the pool and it's convient to the laundry area too. Though that also means more traffic by foot and by car. Some folks live so far away they have to drive to the laundry area. Thus making parking even worse. Of course more traffic means more noise. Especially in the summer when it's pool hours.

Landscaping' It can look pretty at times. It's best to walk on the sidewalks though. They aren't always even. Tripping can be a hazard. The grassy area's often have holes, ruts and dog poop. Many folks do not clean up after dogs. There are natural ruts. Some of the holes are ones the dogs have dug into the ground. There are also roots from trees sticking up in various places. Some areas are bare of grass so it's just a muddy mess when it rains.

All those trees, buildings and shrubs make for an overall poorly lit area most of the year. The stairwells had spiders and spiderwebs often just making it seem more creepy.

At first glance it looks okay. But much of the fixtures, cabinets, carpeting and such were cheap. Hope something doesn't break. It takes days for someone to come by and fix it. No A/C in the middle of summer is not pleasant. It only took a few trips to the office to figure out who was at least cordial to talk with and who was best to avoid. Many times it was like talking to a brick wall with a bad attitude. Though they're all peaches and cream before and during the signing of the contract.

At the time it was overpriced, under serviced, and generally I hated it. Had I not been in such a rush to find a place to live due to an out of state job transfer, I would have taken time to pick and choose rather than just settling for some place that did have availibility near where I was working.

It is in an excellenct school district. So if you have your own children and pets then it could be just what you're looking for.

With the passage of 4 years and a change in name maybe they have made other changes as well.
