I live here because it's very close (walking distance) to the hospital/research labs. Although the apts are beautiful with everything that you need, it is very very overpriced. The rental company is full of horrible, stuck up people who ignore you if there's something wrong with your apartment. They are rude to you when you call and I cannot think of any rental company worse than CBS - they are unreliable and don't want to help you. For example, if your internet connection in your apartment doesn't work they tell you to call the company. The company comes and tells you its the buildings wiring and you call CBS. They CBS (without us knowing!) authorizes a random company to come into our apt without our knowledge and then charges us for it! We refused to pay the charges and eventually we won! They said we'd get an apology letter... we've been waiting for over a month now... Also, in an apt for 4 ppl you only get 2 spots and ppl double park a lot so that you can't even get into your spots! Plus, the ppl from Monroe Hill Apts have urinated off of their balconies, thrown trash/beer cans into our shared parking on our cars.
