U-heights was a great living experience for me. The only complaint I had was with NTC (cable, internet, phone community service provider). And even then I guess with all the complaints the office converted to comcast to give us better speed on the internet more cable channels and reliable phone service. They have great accessibility to the University via a walking path at the top of the community and UTS that runs almost all day. Office staff are also very friendly.
