Short tearm lease is very expensive.They nickel and dime you on the location of your apartment ie..garden view and which floor.
Its a very nice place to be in the Summer, the pool and attendant was very, very nice.
There are 2 public gas grills at the pool, nice for cook outs. There is a charcoal grill in the garden.
The playground is located too close to the trash area, and for the amount of rent you pay I expected it to be nicer. Its made of metal and was very hot to the touch in Summer.
Close to 168 bypass so it was noisy on the patio.
The Fridge in the apartment is very small, not ideal for large family to store food in.
The maintenace crew is very helpful and respond quickly to problems.
The office staff is curteous, but aloof.
