I have lived here almost a year. The rent is way too expensive for the size of the apartments.
PARKING IS HORRIBLE! If you do not get home from work before 4:30 pm you will not be able to park near your building. Management refuses to assign parking and asks everyone nicely to please only park one car from each family in front of the building. I know of at least one family in my building that parks 2 cars in front of the building everyday. There are also many cars that only seem to move every few days.
There is only one place for trash, it is at the very back of the complex and usually full.
The staff is very nice, very friendly.
